Cobourg Police – Holiday Cram-A-Cruiser Results

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, Cobourg Police Service (CPS) joined Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank, The Giving Tree, to run the holiday Cram-A-Cruiser food and toy drive at WalmartMetro, and No Frills in Cobourg. With the help of a very generous community, 4,033 pounds of food and $2,670 in donations and 389 toys.

All of the donations received this past weekend during the holiday Cram-A-Cruiser event are allocated to the Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank and to Giving Tree, who, in turn, distribute the food and gifts to families and individuals across Northumberland County for the holidays.

CPS would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the dedicated Fare Share and Giving Tree volunteers, and the  community for this outpouring of generosity. Special thanks to Walmart, Metro, and No Frills for providing their locations and staff support.

Toy and gift card donations to the Giving Tree can be dropped off at the center court of Northumberland Mall on Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. until December 7th.
