
Hosted by YMCA Northumberland, in partnership with OACAO and generous funding from the Government of Ontario, this free community connecting event, running 10am to 2pm at the Cobourg Y, is open to the public.
It will bring a wide variety of vendors who offer support, services, and activities of interest to adults 55+ all under one roof.

WHO:The fair will feature 30+ local vendors, some demonstrations, and special presentations. Explore vendors offering information from the following categories:
• Government Services
• Professional Services
• Physical & Mental Health
• Healthy Eating
WHAT:
This public initiative is assessable to all seniors in the community and will increase awareness about available programs and services for seniors. During the event, we will be offering a light complimentary lunch to all vendors and attendees.

This event is a forum to build community partnerships, share knowledge about healthy aging and encourage participation in active lifestyles for those aged 55+ in our community.
