Comment – Today’s Northumberland will be issuing a complaint with the Ontario Civilian Police Commission against the Cobourg Police for their lack of professionalism.  It is of the utmost importance to keep the public informed of missing person’s, criminal activity and suspicious persons.  In this release a male is acting “strangely” around a school and the police hold it back from the public because they have issues with Today’s Northumberland.  A total disservice to the community they represent.

The management of the service needs to be accountable to the citizens of this town immediately.  This release should be handed out to anyone and everyone in the community who asks for it.

Regarding the Cobourg Police Services Board.  They should be held accountable as well.  And finally, so should the councillors who are currently holding office.  All are aware of the issues.  How many have asked questions about it.
