With over twenty years of experience managing not-for-profit organizations, Alicia brings a strong track record of increasing contributions, developing partnerships, and implementing strategic plans. She is dedicated to helping donors and volunteers make a positive impact in their communities.

Alicia’s qualifications are impressive, including accreditation as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and certificates in Digital and Social Media, Non-Profit Leadership, and Fundraising Management. She also holds a Diploma in Accounting from the Canadian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

In her previous role at Community Care Peterborough, Alicia successfully developed and implemented an integrated fundraising plan, maximizing existing programs and diversifying funding sources. She will officially join the team on January 22, and the organization looks forward to engaging with current partners while building new relationships.

The Board of Directors extends their appreciation to Maggie Darling for her role as Acting Executive Director during the interim period. We sincerely thank them for their unwavering passion and dedication. Maggie will now transition back to her previous role as Director of Communications & Impact.
