Belleville Police Execute Search Warrants Leading to Multiple Arrests

Members of the Belleville Police Drug Unit conducted two separate drug investigations that led to three search warrants being executed in the City of Belleville with the assistance of the Belleville Police K9 and Emergency Response Unit.

On March 31st, a Controlled Drugs Substance Act search warrant was executed in the city’s east end.
As a result of police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:

Quentin Jackson, 20-year-old Woodbridge man, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in May:
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
· Proceeds of Crime Over $5000

Heather Thomas, 40-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in May:
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
· Proceeds of Crime Over $5000

Daarien Collingridge, 21-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in May:
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
· Proceeds of Crime Over $5000

On April 1st, 2026, two search warrants were executed at separate residences. The first warrant was executed in the city’s west end, and as a result of police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:
Tanya Harris, 51-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
2· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
3· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Morphine
4· Proceeds of crime under $5000

Alisha Maille, 35-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
2· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
3· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Morphine
4· Proceeds of crime under $5000
5· Breach of Probation

Tammy Ashley, 51-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in May:

1· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
2· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
3· Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Morphine
4· Proceeds of crime under $5000
5· Breach of a Peace Bond

The second warrant was executed in the city’s west end, and as a result of police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:

Jason Simpson 49-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court day in May:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

Amber Hicks, 22-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court day in May:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

Tyler Watson, 40-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
· Failing to comply with Probation
· Failing to comply with Undertaking

Carly Cobbledick, 24-year-old Deseronto woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

Sarah Hilts 46-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

Dushane Peart, 32-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

Danielle Tiffin, 27-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
· Failing to comply with Probation

Mark Swyers, 48-year-old Mississauga man, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:

1· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines (Crystal meth)
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

The total seizures were:
· 27 Morphine pills
· 16.5 grams of Fentanyl
· 25.7 grams of Cocaine
· 258.6 grams of Methamphetamine
· $8,820 Canadian currency
