What a beautiful sunset on the second day of the new year.
As a weather front moved past Cobourg over Lake Ontario, the waterfowl gathered in Cobourg for shelter before heading out for the evening.
Along the west pier a woman sat on the ice covered boulders taking in the evening sun setting over the lake with the waves crashing against the break wall.
Finally the sun set into the waters of the lake, only to rise in the morning for another day.
