The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg has received a complete application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment by EcoVue Consulting Services on behalf of Joshani Homes under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13, as amended.
Municipal Council of the Town of Cobourg will hold a Public Meeting regarding the aforementioned application on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 4:00 pm in the Council Chambers, 3rd Floor East Wing, Victoria Hall, 55 King Street West, Cobourg in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13, as amended.
