Video – Cobourg Fire Attends John Street Residence at Request of Police

Cobourg Fire Department responded to a John Street residence at the request of police on Monday, March 24, 2025.

Police were on scene at 351 John Street and requested fire attended after they could smell what appeared to be something burning in the residence.

Fire attended and determined the smell to be coming from a baseboard heater – but there was no actual fire.

The residence has been boarded up and listed for sale at $299,000.
