Video – Concert Band of Cobourg Holds Christmas Concert at St. Peter’s Church

In Community, Local

It was a wonderful afternoon spent with the Concert Band of Cobourg at their annual Christmas Concert at St. Peter’s Anglican Church on Sunday, December 22, 2024.

Welcoming guests was Father Matthew McMillan and his daughter Molly ringing the church bells.

The Christmas Concert was conducted by Director of Music, Paul Storms, accompanied by Deputy Directors of Music, Jill Baker and Emma Crawford.

The band played a number of Christmas favourites and a few sing-a-longs.

At intermission, Santa Claus stopped by for a brief visit before heading back to the North Pole to finish up for a busy night at Christmas.

The afternoon ended, the way it started with both father and daughter ringing the church bells for the community to hear and enjoy.
