Ganaraska Forest Opens For the Season On May 1st, 2024

The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) is set to open the Ganaraska Forest trails for the season on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, for users with a valid day pass or membership.

For users looking to access the Forest, please purchase a Membership or Day Pass by visiting the GRCA Online Store at https://store.ganaraskaconservation.ca/. For Day Passes only, please visit the gatehouse kiosk of the Ganaraska Forest Centre, located at 10585 Cold Springs Camp Rd., Campbellcroft, ON.

Memberships and Day Passes may be carried on a mobile device or printed, while parking passes should be printed and displayed on the dashboard of your highway vehicle. For Frequently Asked Questions and Online Store Support, please visit https://store.ganaraskaconservation.ca/support/ or call the GRCA during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 905.885.8173.

As a reminder to all users, please remain on mapped trails, respect trail restrictions, carry your day pass or membership and ensure you have the proper documentation with you and affixed to your motorized, recreational vehicles, as required. A single track trail is now available in the Central Ganaraska Forest, please refer to the updated Ganaraska Forest Trails Map to see the locations. In the West Ganaraska Forest, Parking Lot P6, just off Porter Road, is currently unavailable due to logging. Please plan to use a different parking lot and avoid the area until logging activities have been completed.

Please Note: Overnight server maintenance of the GRCA Online Store may be required in preparation for the May 1st opening.
