Video – Minor Injuries After Pickup Strikes a Number of Trees East of Cobourg.

The driver of a pickup truck was treated for minor injuries following a single vehicle collision on County Road 2 east of Cobourg on Saturday, February 10, 2024.

At approximately 4 p.m. emergency services were dispatched to the collision east of Cobourg.

A eastbound pickup truck went off the road through the ditch striking two trees and nearly ending up in a creek.

Emergency services responded to the collision and assisted the driver to an ambulance nearby .

County Road 2 was closed at approximately 8:30 p.m. as a heavy tow had to be brought in to remove the pickup truck by lifting it up, and over the guardrail.
