The Fury Of Lake Ontario Takes Aim at Cobourg Harbour

In Weather

Strong winds slammed against the west break wall of the basin of Cobourg Harbour on Sunday, January 14, 2024.

Even the waterfowl for the most part looked like they were settling in for the long haul and waiting for the winds to settle.

A sheet of ice formed on the trees along the break wall while along Victoria Beach the new Coast Guard station seemed to stop the wind from enjoying a walk along the beach with man’s best friend.
