Northumberland OPP Requesting Public’s Help in Identifying Break and Enter Suspect

Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a number of break and enter incidents.

On October 28, 2023, police responded to two residential break and enters on Elgin Street in Colborne. Security footage revealed a suspect broke in during daytime hours.

Police are releasing images of a suspect and are requesting the assistance of the public to help identify this individual.

The investigation is ongoing. As we move into Crime Prevention Week, Northumberland OPP wish to highlight the importance of being aware of suspicious persons, engaging with Police and working together to prevent crime.
