City of Kawartha Lakes OPP – Fatal Snowmobile Collision

Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal snowmobile collision on Four Mile Lake.

Just after midnight officers and emergency services responded to a report of a single snowmobile collision into a dock on Four Mile Lake just east of Coboconk. The lone rider was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The deceased has been identified as 26-year-old male of Pickering.

OPP Technical Collision Investigators and Reconstructionists are a ssisting with the investigation
