Quinte West OPP – Charges Laid Following Collisions (Names Released)

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid impaired charges for two separate collisions on the same day.

On February 4, 2023, at approximately 4:00 a.m., officers responded to a pickup truck roll-over on Wallbridge Road in Quinte West. An investigation led to the driver being ar rested.

Nolan PRICE-WEAGANT, 20 years old from Belleville, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on February 16, 2023. Additionally, their license was suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.

On February 4, 2023, at approximately 6:00 p.m., officers responded to a pickup truck that had struck a light pole on Glen Miller Road in Quinte West. An investigation led to the driver being arrested.

Judy RORABECK, 67 years old from Trenton, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was re leased from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on March 2, 2023. Additionally, their license was suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.
