A transport became stuck on Friday, January 20, 2023 as it entered Walmart in Cobourg.

The transport was heading southbound on Strathy Road and when it turned into the entrance of Walmart and became lodged on some boulders. Because the trailer was on a angle, it was wedged into one of the tires on the cab and was stuck.

Cobourg Police blocked off the southbound lanes of Strathy Road while Chadwick’s Towing lifted up the trailer and removed it from the boulders.

There were no charges as the incident happened on private property.
