Three Males Facing Numerous Charges after Vehicle Stop in Oshawa

 

Three males from Quebec are facing numerous charges after police located break and enter tools and an auto key programmer during a routine vehicle stop.

 

On Friday, January 13, 2023, at approximately 3:00 a.m., members from Central East Division were on routine patrol near Glen Street and Wentworth Street West, when they stopped and investigated a vehicle and its occupants.   As a result of the investigation officers seized a large quantity of Cannabis, break and enter tools and a key programmer tablet that can be used to recode the transponder in a mechanical automobile key or key fob.   Three males from Quebec were placed under arrest and are facing numerous charges. 

 

Louis PIERRE, age 20, of Montreal faces nine charges including: Possession of Break and Enter Instruments, Possession of Automobile Master Key, Possession of Device to Obtain Computer Service and Possession Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling.

Tomy MARTEl, age 22, of Montreal faces seven charges including: Possession of Break and Enter Instruments, Possession of Automobile Master Key, Possession of Device to Obtain Computer Service and Possession Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling.

A 17-year-old male from Montreal faces seven charges including: Possession of Break and Enter Instruments, Possession of Automobile Master Key, Possession of Device to Obtain Computer Service and Possession Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling.

All males were held for a bail hearing.
