City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service – Arrest Made in Stabbing Investigation (Name Released)

An arrest has been made in relation to a stabbing in Lindsay on September 20, 2022.

On September 29, 2022, Kawartha Lakes Police arrested 47-year-old Ronald Fitzgerald of Lindsay.

He has been charged with

aggravated assault,

assault with a weapon and

possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

The accused was held for a bail hearing and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay.
