City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services – Woman Charged with Impaired Driving (Name Released)

On Sunday September 25, 2022 at 12:27am a Kawartha Lakes Police Service constable stopped a vehicle travelling on Kent Street West in Lindsay, in order to investigate the driver for a traffic violation.

As a result of an investigation the driver was arrested. 42-year-old Shannon Kelly of Ennismore has been charged with

operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus, operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and one charge in contravention of the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on November 3, 2022.
