Cobourg Police – Cobourg Woman Found In Home – Charged with Break and Enter (No Name Released)

A Cobourg resident is charged with break and enter after police were called to a home in the Town of Cobourg.

On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 12:50 p.m., police were called to a residence near Tremaine Street and King Street for a reported break and enter.

Police attended the residence and observed the front door ajar and a broken window. Police entered and located a woman in the home.

As a result of the police investigation, a 42-year-old Cobourg woman was arrested and charged with the following offences:

1. Break and enter, dwelling – commit an indictable offence contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

The woman was released on an undertaking with a court date scheduled for October 19, 2022.
