We are thrilled to announce our first ever Live Well at Ste. Anne’s event to celebrate World Wellness Weekend on Saturday, September 17th, 2022. World Wellness Weekend aims to inspire and empower people to make healthier choices and enjoy an active lifestyle with family & friends.
Allow the outdoors to be part of your practice and join some of our Health & Wellness Practitioners as they guide you through some of our popular practices. This free event also features an array of unique Holistic and Wellness Vendors and food and beverage available for purchase.
Location: 298 Cranberry Lake Road (approx 2km south of Ste. Anne’s Spa)
Date and Time: September 17th, 2022 from 9am – 2pm
Schedule of Events:
9:00 am – 9:45 am: Reversing the Curve
10:00 am – 11:00 am: Yoga Flow
BREAK
12:00 pm – 12:45 pm: Sound Bath Meditation
Even though this is a free event, registration is required for maximum numbers. Thank you!
