Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested on Warrants (No Name Released)

On Friday August 12th, 2022 at 1:48pm a woman attended the Cobourg Police Station to turn herself in on outstanding warrants. As a result 31 year-old Cobourg resident was arrested and charged with the following offences:

1) Fail to Attend Court contrary to section 145(4)(b) of the Criminal Code x2

2) Fail to Comply with Court Order contrary to section 487.0552(1) of the Criminal Code

As the warrants were endorsed for release, the woman was released on an Undertaking with a court date of September 21st, 2022 at 9:00am.
