Northumberland OPP – Death Investigation in Trent Hills

The Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are conducting a death investigation in Trent Hills. As a result of the investigation, County Rd 8 is closed between Bradley Bay Rd and Catchmore Rd.

One person told Today’s Northumberland a body was found at the side of the roadway.

More information will be provided with respect to the incident and the status of the road closure as it becomes available.

If you intend on travelling though the area, please plan to take alternate routes.
