Summer Beach Patrols Begin in Cobourg

With the summer weather now upon us for the time being a number of sun worshippers are heading to Victoria Beach in Cobourg.

On Saturday, May 14, 2022, Cobourg Police patrolled the beach making sure people were in compliance.

Warnings were given out for infractions such as vaping, smoking, and alcohol on the beach.

A number of children were also founding playing in the fenced off area, where signs are clearing posted “Keep Out” where stagnate water collects from dredging the harbour.
