Truck Backs Into Ditch in Hamilton Township

A truck loaded with grain slid into the ditch east of Cobourg on Monday, April 18, 2022.

The incident happened on Danforth Road east of Cobourg shortly before 1 p.m.

A grain truck was backing into a driveway and the rear wheels slid into the ditch.

The driver wasn’t injured, but Densmore Road in the area of the incident was closed until a heavy tow truck removed the truck from the ditch.
