Cobourg Police – Fail to Comply (No Name Released)

On Monday, March 21, 2022, at 12:30 p.m., police on general patrol conducted a traffic stop near Burnham Street and Elgin Street. Police investigation revealed that the man in the vehicle was bound by conditions not to communicate with the female driver.

As a result, the 33-year-old Cobourg man was arrested and charged with the following:

1. Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to s. 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code

The man was released on an undertaking with a future court date.
