Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad – Federal Offender Wanted

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.

Ho-Wayne WALKER is described as an black, male, 30 years of age, 5’6″ (168 cm), 141 lbs (64kgs) with black hair and brown eyes.

He is currently serving a six (6) year and ten (10) month sentence for 2 Counts of Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition, Aggravated Assault, Assault and Possession of a Weapon Contrary to a Prohibition Order.

The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area, Niagara Region, Peterborough and Sudbury.&nbs p;
