A person driving by spotted the flames and called 9-1-1.

As firefighters were responding they could see the flames and knew they had a working structure fire. Upon arrival the entire structure was enveloped in flames.

The fire was to well involved for an interior attack, so firefighters could only douse the flames from the outside of the residence.

Dale Road was closed in the area of the fire while tanker trucks shuttled water to the scene.

It’s believed the house was under renovations and there was no one home at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire is undetermined, but considered not suspicious.
