Some Holiday Traffic Puts Others at Risk

In Local, Police Blotter

Traffic along Highway 401 was busy over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

On Monday, October 11, 2021 a westbound vehicle towing a trailer lost a flower pot that caused a few tense moments for vehicles behind it by Cobourg.

Westbound traffic west of Grafton was stop and go during the afternoon.

A number of people got on the westbound on-ramp and when they realized how slow traffic was moving some backed up on the on-ramp with one vehicle nearly causing a collision.

Fine for reversing on a on-ramp is $110.00.
