Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Uttering Threats

On September 14th, 2021, at 12:24 AM the Cobourg Police Service arrested a man concerning threats made to another Cobourg resident. After police investigation members of the Cobourg Police Service have charged 22- year-old Cobourg resident, Nicholas MILLINGTON with the following Criminal Code Offence:

Uttering Threats – Contrary to section 264.1(1) of the Criminal Code

MILLINGTON was released on an Undertaking with a court date at the Ontario Court of Justice in October of
2021.

The Cobourg Police Service takes all types of threats seriously. Anyone who may have information concerning
this investigation can contact the Cobourg Police Service, Constable Watson at 905-372-6821 Ext 7280.
