Vehicle Strikes Tim Hortons Building in Cobourg

There were no injuries after a vehicle mounted a curb and struck a Tim Hortons building in Cobourg on Thursday, May 13, 2021.


At approximately 12:30 p.m. emergency services responded to the collision on Division Street, just north of Elgin Street.


The elderly woman driver apparently struck two other vehicles, then mounted a curb and struck the building shattering a glass window.


There was minor, to no damage to the other two vehicles.


Paramedics assessed the woman driver who wasn’t transported to hospital.


There were no charges given the collision occurred on private property.
