A not so typical February day when tobogganing and surfing went hand-in-hand.

On Saturday, February 6, 2021 the young and the not-so-young had fun tobogganing on the Lions Hill in Port Hope. Conditions were so go, that at times youths had to stop themsevles from hitting the building.

A short distance away in Cobourg, two surfers took on the waves of Lake Ontario.

Avoiding chunks of ice, one surfer from Peterborough smiled for the camera with part of her suit covered in ice.
