Beautiful Day for a Walk or Ski In Northumberland Forest

In Local, Weather

It was a picturesque winters day to be on the trails of Northumberland on Saturday, January 2, 2021.

Numerous vehicles were parked at the Beagle Club Trailhead just off of County Road 45 in Alnwick/Haldimand Township.

The trails in that area are strictly for cross-country skiing, but there were a number of people using them for walking.

Less than a kilometre away, there are walking trails that people were also using along with a machine grooming the trails.
