No Complaints From People Enjoying Outdoor Rink in Cobourg on Boxing Day

In Community, Local

Visitors had no complaints visiting the Rotary Harbourfront Outdoor Rink in Cobourg on Saturday, December 26, 2020.

With new rules set in place due to COVID-19 it was a “first come first serve” at the rink on Saturday, but people seemed to understand the rules put in place were for the safety of everyone.

Two Cobourg Police Special Constables were on hand from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. monitoring people who were allowed to skate in 45-minute intervals.

On Sunday, the town set up a link for people who wish to reserve a spot for skating at the rink.
