Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested for Theft

On December 4, 2020, police received a call regarding a theft at a residence located in the Town of Cobourg.
Police commenced an investigation, and on December 7, 42-year-old Nicole Gardinier of Port Hope was arrested and charged with:

1. Theft Under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code

2. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code

Gardinier was released with a future court date.
