Halloween Happens For The Love Of The Kids

In Community, Local

It certainly wasn’t as crowded on area streets and sidewalks for this years Halloween on Saturday, October 31, 2020, but people who did participate found new ways to “deliver the goods” in Port Hope.

From tubes to slides to hanging the treats on a line, people did their best to make Halloween the best they could from a safe distance for children in the area including Port Hope.

Karen O’Hara came up with the idea of the slide that seemed to work out fine on Hope Street North.  On Centennial Drive, the Orr family put their treats on a line for children to pick from and of course what would Halloween be without costumes and pumpkins.
