City of Kawartha Lakes OPP – Impaired Driving Charge After Collision Involving Golf Cart

Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded, just before 9 pm on Saturday September 26, 2020, to a private property north of Fenelon Falls for a collision involving a golf cart. No injuries were reported.

Following an investigation, 43 year old Jason TODISH of Bowmanville was arrested and charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus) contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on November 19, 2020.
