Cobourg Police – Man Arrested for Uttering Threats

On Friday, September 25th, 2020, at approximately 3:35 am, police were dispatched to an east-end residence after receiving a complaint of an unwanted man in possession of a baseball bat.
As a result of police investigation, 36-year-old Bradley BRIDGES of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following:

1. Uttering threats to damage property contrary to section 264.1(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

2. Uttering threats to cause bodily harm contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.

BRIDGES was released from police custody on an Undertaking and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
