Minor Injuries After Rollover On County Road 2 In Hamilton Township

A Toronto couple was lucky to walk away from a rollover on County Road 2 between Cobourg and Port Hope on Sunday, August 16, 2020.

At approximately 8:20 p.m. emergency services were called to the area of County Road 2 and Moore Service Road in Hamilton Township.

A eastbound (BMW) vehicle lost control, and went into the northbound ditch causing heavy damage to the roof area.

The two occupants managed to free themselves and were treated by paramedics.

The driver told Today’s Northumberland, they had just left a restaurant in Port Hope and were heading to the drive-in when the collision happened.
