Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested for Assault and Uttering Threats

On August 10th, 2020, at 7:05 pm, the Cobourg Police Compliance Management Unit arrested a woman as a result of an active investigation by the Cobourg Police Service.

50-year-old Cobourg resident, Lorraine WEST was charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:

1. Assault – Contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code

2. Uttering Threats – Contrary to section 264.1(1) of the Criminal Code

WEST was released on an Undertaking with a court date in September of 2020.
