Cobourg Police – Man Arrested for Fail to Comply with Probation

On Tuesday, August 11th, 2020, at 2:05 pm, a Warrant in the 1st Instance was issued for 46-year-old Grant HOOPER of Cobourg for Failing to Comply with the terms of his probation.
At 5:38 pm, HOOPER was located and arrested by the Cobourg Police Service Compliance Management Unit on King Street East in the Town of Cobourg. Hooper was charged with the
following offences:

 

1. Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 8 – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code.
