On May 9th, 2020, a victim reported a theft from her vehicle and subsequently forged cheques in the name of the victim were being deposited. Police began an investigation and were able to identify parties responsible. As a result:

3. Possession of a controlled substance – crack cocaine contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act
