Impaired Driving Charge Following Collision With Parked Vehicle in Cobourg’s West End

One person was taken away in handcuffs following an early morning collision in Cobourg.

At approximately 5:20 a.m. a car was travelling southbound on Prince of Wales Drive and struck a parked pickup located on Prince of Wales Drive in Cobourg’s west end.

The force of the impact tore off the drivers side front wheel of the pickup truck.

One person in the car was arrested on the scene and is charged with impaired driving.
