Port Hope Police – Four People Facing Drug Charges After Search Warrant

The Port Hope Police Service Criminal Investigations Bureau has executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search Warrant as part of ongoing investigations and enforcement into illegal drug activity affecting the community.

In the early morning hours of Wednesday the 2nd July 2020 members of the Criminal Investigations Bureau with the assistance of Uniform Officers and the Cobourg Police Service Criminal

Investigations Bureau executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search Warrant at a Cavan Street apartment.

Four males were arrested and charged with Possession and Possession for the Purpose of trafficking in Schedule 1 Substances.

As a result of this investigation and search, police seized approximately 14 grams of Purple Fentanyl, 39 grams of Cocaine, 9 grams of Crack Cocaine, 20 grams of Chrystal Meth and $2435 in cash.

The street value of the illicit drugs was approximately $7300.00.

Trestin CASSANOVA-ALMAN 19 yrs of Mississauga is charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance fentanyl, cocaine and crystal meth for the purpose of trafficking, 1 count of possession of proceeds of crime and 2 counts of failing to comply with Sentence.

Keindrea JOLLY 21 yrs of Mississauga is charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance fentanyl, cocaine and crystal meth for the purpose of trafficking and 1 count of possession of proceeds of crime.

Glen GOULD 57 yrs of Port Hope is charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance fentanyl, cocaine and crystal meth for the purpose of trafficking and 1 count of possession of proceeds of crime.

Scott Smith 43 yrs of Cobourg is charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance.
