Peterborough County OPP – Two Charged After Drug Trafficking Investigation

An investigation led by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Peterborough Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) has resulted in two suspects being arrested and charged on May 28, 2020 with drug offences related to the trafficking of drugs in the Peterborough area. Officers seized approximately $46,000 in cocaine, methamphetamine, purple fentanyl, cash, cell phones and drug paraphernalia during the investigation.

Aisha Kelee OSMAN (age 23) of Scarborough, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-cocaine
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-opioid
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-methamphetamine
Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
Flight from police
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime

Corelynn BELMAR-MONCRIEFFE (age 31) of North York, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-cocaine
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-opioid
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-methamphetamine
Flight from police
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime

The accused were released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on August 5, 2020.
