Cobourg Police – Female Arrested for Fail To Comply with Undertaking

On Thursday, May 21, 2020, at approximately 10:50 pm, members of the Cobourg Police Service were dispatched to attend a business located in the downtown core in Cobourg regarding a female in the store refusing to leave.

As a result of Police investigation, 36-year-old Jillian NOLAN of no fixed address was located at the business breaching her previous release conditions on an Undertaking.

NOLAN was arrested and held for a show cause hearing.
