Group of Four Protests Federal Government’s Handling of COVID-19 in Cobourg

A small but vocal crowd demonstrated in front of Victoria Hall on Monday, April 20, 2020.

The group were demonstrating the federal government’s way of handing the COVID-19 crisis and specifically Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Todd Noel, Vicky Noel (and her dog Fran), Josh Clausen and Richard Bates were demonstrating starting at approximately 1 p.m.

A number of people waiting in line outside a back across the street listened as Todd Noel shouted his dislike for the Trudeau government.

A number of people honked their horns in support along with people passing by and who stopped to talk with the protestors.
