Minor Injuries After Tractor Trailer of Beer Flips Over On Highway 401 East of Cobourg

The driver of a transport truck received minor injuries after his big rig full of beer flipped over in the westbound lanes of  Highway 401 east of Cobourg on Saturday, March 28, 2020.

At approximately 2:43 a.m. emergency services including Cobourg Fire Department, Hamilton Township Fire Department and Alnwick/Haldimand Township Fire Department responded to the collision just east of Nagle Road in the westbound lanes of the highway.

The driver received minor injuries and the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
