MPP David Piccini gave an update after being notified of a number of recreational vehicles returning from the United States that were parked in the Walmart parking lot on Monday, March 23, 2020.

One individual with the group said they were coming back from Arizona and stopped in Cobourg overnight.

The man stated he got take-out at Popeye’s restaurant nearby, but admitted he hadn’t been in quarantine for 14-days.

On Monday evening Piccini arrived to take a first hand look at the rv’s and on Tuesday, made several phone calls to see what can be done about it, if it happens again.
