Messages of Hope and Gratitude In Cobourg

A number of people took to the sidewalks in Cobourg to spread their message of hope on Sunday, March 22, 2020.

Narissa McLean (age 14) and her sister, Ahrianna McLean (age 10 years old drew chalk art outside there house on Alexandria Drive.

“ I just wanna make people smile,” said Narissa.

Ahrianna added,“ I wanted to make people feel good!”

On Westwood Drive, the Shipton and Glennie families together to create messages on the sidewalks in front of their homes.

Jenn Shipton, Dave Glennie and Gretel Glennie spent time outside creating messages.

The group said they wanted to spread positive thoughts around their sidewalk.

Their goal was to make people smile and by the looks of people walking around the neighbourhood admiring their work, it was a success.
